  • LaGratta Consulting – Procedural Justice Project

    Over 18 months, I collaborated with LaGratta Consulting on a procedural justice initiative, supporting professional development, data analysis, and project management. Working with 26 judges across four jurisdictions, we took a highly collaborative approach to enhance fairness, transparency, and trust in court processes. Through targeted training, data-driven insights, and strategic project implementation, we helped strengthen procedural justice practices and drive meaningful, sustainable change.

  • The CREW – Evaluation Strategy Development

    In collaboration with The CREW, a youth equestrian organization, I developed a comprehensive evaluation strategy incorporating both process and outcome measures. Through a thoughtful and collaborative approach, we designed a framework to assess program effectiveness, track progress, and demonstrate impact. By aligning evaluation methods with The CREW’s mission and goals, we ensured that data-driven insights would inform decision-making, strengthen programming, and support long-term sustainability.

  • High Tech Kids-Strategic Planning

    With High Tech Kids staff, we are working on the development a comprehensive three-year strategic plan that aligns with their mission and vision for the future. Together we are identifying key goals, establishing measurable objectives, and outlining actionable strategies to guide the organization’s growth and sustainability. The plan will serve as a roadmap for expanding their impact in the community, ensuring they are well-positioned to achieve their long-term goals and continue inspiring the next generation of innovators.

  • Training: Logic model and theory of change development

    Partnering with BrandRaise, I provided training on developing logic models and theories of change to help them better support their nonprofit clients. Through a collaborative process, we explored how these tools can clarify an organization’s vision, align programs with intended outcomes, and strengthen strategic decision-making. By equipping the BrandRaise team with the skills to guide their clients in this work, we enhanced their ability to create meaningful, mission-driven impact.

  • Logic model and Theory of change development

    This is Me opened its doors in 2024. As a new nonprofit, they needed to tell their story and clear show the research behind their work, how it ties to the work they do and the positive impact it has on their clients. A logic model and theory of change was the key to launching this amazing org! With the director, we created a logic model that highlighted all aspects of the organization. Armed with this clear picture the director was able to approach funders and supporters with confidence backed in research.

  • Policy and Procedure Manuals

    In collaboration with The Sophia Project’s director, we developed comprehensive manuals to provide clarity, consistency, and structure for mentors, staff, and leadership. Together, we ensured that these resources reflected the organization’s values and needs—offering guidance, protecting participants, and supporting long-term sustainability. By establishing thoughtful policies, we strengthened program efficiency, built trust with stakeholders, and positioned The Sophia Project for greater impact in the community.

  • Training/Facilitation: Board Alignment

    Together with the the community foundation board I facilitated a board alignment strategy to bring clarity, structure, and direction to their leadership. We developed committee overviews and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. Through the creation of SMART goals and a structured yearly plan, we provided a roadmap for strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. By strengthening board engagement and efficiency, we positioned the foundation for greater impact in their community.

  • Relationship Centered Schools Pilot Implementation

    Over two years, we project managed the implementation of the Relationship-Centered Schools pilot in collaboration with ISD 917 and Mentor MN, guiding teachers and school staff through the process. Working closely with district administration—including the superintendent, site-level leadership, educators, caregivers, and students—we facilitated a structured approach using a landscape analysis, design lab, focus groups, and a data-driven action plan. Through this collaborative effort, we supported teachers in leading the work, resulting in 10 hours of professional development and the creation of a practitioner guide for relationship-centered one-on-one student meetings. By ensuring broad stakeholder input and educator-driven implementation, we helped establish sustainable practices that strengthen student connections and success.
