  • In general the workbook and activities take 2-4 hours to complete. But, I wish I had an answer for you specifically, but it truly depends how much work has already been done by your org. If you have clear measurable outcomes already then if might take less time. But, I wouldn’t focus too much on time. I would focus on the value that the entire process will provide for your work. It is truly priceless.
